Cramping after Egg retrieval...

I’m three days past retrieval and have been experiencing odd and painful symptoms, likely OHSS. I spoke with the nurse and she said to keep monitoring and call back if it gets worse. But now I don’t know if I’m psyching myself out or if my pain is something to be worried about. When I stand up or sometimes while I’m standing it feels like my ovaries are weighing me down. It’s a lot of pressure and cramping. It comes and goes and also urinating is harder. I don’t have shortness of breath or a fever. My transfer is supposed to be on Monday. Does this sound normal or should I call and go into the clinic?
