A red bubble that hurts so bad 😩

I get these every now and then out of no where it’s like a blister and is lower on the bottom on my vagina flap on the outside towards my butt cheek and it hurts to the touch so bad. Anyone else get these ? What can I do to ease the pain and make it go away faster ?
