Pressure in pelvis TMI

Hey, i was just wondering if any women is or had experience what i am going through rn. My mucus plug has been coming out all day today in pieces with blood and i have been spotting a very light mucusy pink color. Im currently 39 weeks exactly. And since i woke up I’ve been feeling a lot of pressure on my pelvis. Almost like the sensation like i have to push but not quite exactly.
