Cluster of symptoms?

I’m extremely nauseated, I haven’t throw up but it feels like it’s right there, I’m shaky, my body aches, it just feels like it’s so tired it’s going to give out on me, my lower back on my left side is killing me it’s so sore, and I’m extremely extremely thirsty. My lips are so pale and dry, along with the inside of my mouth I’ve drank a gallon of water and a case of Gatorade today and it doesn’t not help one bit I’m thirsty right after. What would this be? Is it anything I need to get seen for or
