Anyone know what these little things are in my throat ?

So I do have a sore throat right now and I noticed these in the back should I be concerned or worried or anything ?

Totally normal. I have them too and the first time I saw them I freaked out too lol. Now I do believe you might have thrush since you have a white coating in your tongue.

kind of looks like strep throat to me, i usually get it once or twice a year so i generally know what it looks like. i recommend drinking hot tea with lemon and honey and try to not drink cold drinks.(it helps)

It’s called cobblestone throat. It’s just a little inflamed. I have this all the time. Usually you get it when you’re sick or have drainage
