What to ask after failed IVF transfer with good quality embryo?

Received confirmation yesterday that my first transfer, a 6AA PGS normal embryo, was a BFN. 😔  What should I ask my doctor when speaking with her? Egg retrieval resulted in 5 PGS tested embryos - 3 highly graded normals, 1 lower graded normal and a mosaic, so I do not think egg quality was the issue. I am leaning towards uterine receptivity or just plain bad luck as the issue for my first transfer. If anyone has had this happen before, would love to hear what to ask about and what steps were taken.
A few facts: I am 36, hubs is 38. Never been pregnant. Hysteroscopy in April 2019 to remove a uterine septum and “the most amount of polyps my doctor has ever seen”. HSG suggested one possibly blocked tube. Saline sonogram was done prior to transfer and doctor said everything looked fine.

Unfortunately IVF isn’t a guarantee to work. At our age the changes are closer to 50% or less - even with everything being perfect.    My first also failed and my second transfer, under the exact same protocol did work.

I’m so sorry you had this experience.  My second PGS normal frozen transfer also failed (first, third ended in miscarriage), but my experience included: an ERA prior to our first transfer to assess timing, a hysteroscopy w/biopsy prior to our first transfer, as well as one following my third transfer, and discussion of possible (now virtually certain) autoimmune issues that may have caused my body to reject the embryo.  Additionally, my protocol was changed multiple times, and an autoimmune protocol was added.  As the other poster mentioned, it could have also occurred for virtually no reason, other than falling into the 30% to 40%ish of times when it just doesn’t implant, which is truly maddening, particularly when you feel you’ve done everything in your power for a successful transfer.
