Has anyone ever apply for cash goverment assistance while on recovery for child birth? Im going to have to be out of my job for 6-8 weeks because of my csection / tubaligation. I was wondering if I had a right to apply for cash assistance? I currently get food stamps because we make it check to check and worry I wont be able to make it fully withought 6 weeks of a paycheck. But further more after i am recovered and back to work my husband is getting the gastric surgery and will be out 3-6 weeks. So i worry about loosing that income ontop of my lost income. Please no judgement, im just really considering my.options
