Anybody know what these spots are on my stomach?

Only in stomach, itchy every once and while. 16W4D.

I just noticed the same on me last night! From what I can find, its not harmful, just a skin irritation or rash, like eczema.  I put almond oil and lotion on and am hoping it helps!
