Anxiety out of control

Ok ladies please help. I’m currently 38+2 and the past week or so my anxiety is completely out of control. I think with a touch of depression. Idk why bc I’m so excited for the birth of my baby. I am a FTM and obviously I’m nervous. But my mood is completely out of control. im constantly angry and on edge and everything is driving me crazy. Anyone else experience this? I know postpartum anxiety and depression is real, but I’m still pregnant. What’s going on..??
