Pain in lower stomach

I'm currently 6 wks with my first baby and I have been having a sharp pain just below my stomach on the right side. Has anybody else experienced this? It's been feeling like this all day. Could it be just because my uterus is growing? Should I be concerned? Is it normal? 🙃
