I just took a pregnancy test at 7-8 DPO and it was negative. Could I be testing too early? My boobs have felt heavy all day and my nipples are sore. My period is in 8 days and I don’t usually get symptoms that early.

It’s too early. If your symptoms were related to pregnancy, the test would be positive. It’s just post ovulation symptoms at this point.
