Mastitis?

Can you get mastitis 10months post partum? That’s how old my babygirl is and I’m still nursing. I thought maybe it was a clogged duct so I had her nurse on that side more frequently and that usually clears it up but it’s not getting better. Very painful to nurse, it is red where the pain is coming from, I have the chills, headache, fever, so all the symptoms of mastitis. I called my doctor but he’s not in on weekends. Should I be going to urgent care or wait? What are your experiences with this?
