Possible miscarriage ?

I had my cycle on the 16th. a week prior I went in for a blood test due to nausea and back pain being I’m aware my birth control expires next month. Test came back negative. And I got my cycle. My cycle went off on the 21st. On the 26th I noticed spotting which soon turned into heavy bleeding with clots. I brushed it off as my cycle coming back on.. this has never happened before my cycles are usually light never heavy. My doctors office is open Monday so I plan to go in then. I’m just really curious at the moment
