Is dream feeding worth it?

Is dream feeding worth it for a 3 month old breast fed baby who sleeps 3-5 hours first stretch and then 2-3 hours after that? 
He was sleeping closer to 6 hours first stretch but we have regressed.
I don’t want to wake up an additional time to dream feed.. want to know how well it has worked for some of you mamas?!

ZERO reason to wake them. If they are hungry, they will wake up.

I honestly don’t know what that is... Do you wake baby up to eat? Like half asleep eating ?

I Dream feed at 7am...my baby sleeps from 10-11pm till maybe 10am. I Dream feed at 7am because she used to wake up at that time but now she doesn’t. I feed her and she stays asleep till 10am or so.

My baby girl usually goes to sleep at 7:30 pm and then I barely wake and feed at 10ish. She then sleeps till anywhere between 5 and 7 am. It’s working for us right now.

I’m not sure I get the question? Are you feeding them now between the two sleeps? If so then that’s plenty and you wouldn’t need an extra.

Dream feeds never worked for us! Only made him wake even more in the night.
