Question

So I just had sex like 20 mins ago and my vagina and vulva are so swollen?? Like it’s so big? And it hurts so much I just went pee and it hurt to pee so how concerned should I be over this will it go away on its own? How do I make the swelling go down

More than likely a lubrication issue, this used to happen to me ALL the time. Try some lube next time and if it happens again then ask an OB!

Agree with the other comments. Probably not enough lubrication and/or too much friction. 
In the mean time you can apply ice but make sure to wrap it in a towel so you arent hurting yourself more with freezing cold ice. 
In the future use additional lube, more foreplay, maybe have your partner be more gentle and communicate more about your concerns and pains😊

A doctor could diagnose where the swelling stems from but it could be from friction or not enough lube.
