Is it possible to still get pregnant after getting tubes tied ?

My friends mom had her tubes tied after her third child. She got pregnant with her fourth child two years after. Her tubes somehow corrected themselves. (This was 25 years ago though.)

I didn’t think so for many years. But I recently met a woman that is very pregnant with tied tubes ... she didn’t believe she really was until she had an ultrasound.

Very very unlikely but anything is possible lol. But it would be a concern for ectopic
