Not sure what to do

So I had a miscarriage in September and trying to conceive again. Thought I was pregnant just a few weeks ago but then thought I might of ha d another miscarriage but now I don’t know I have a few early symptoms again and keep needing to pee all the time. Just scared to take a test really as I don’t know if I can handle the disappointment if I’m not.
