hey ladies pls help

my boyfriend n i usually just do some oral for foreplay and hand as well, and always both finish fully in vaginal sex.

recently we’ve been wanting to change it up, and just do some oral sex

however, he is so used to vaginal stimulation i guess and the pace that he finds it extremely hard to cum. he gets very very close and then it disappears

does anyone have any tips?
