Trying to feed a newborn, getting clawed to death while trying to get a latch, mittens don’t stay on, gets her arms out of a swaddle, hands over mouth in the way, finally get her latched, then she unlatches after two minutes and it takes another five being clawed and scratched to get her back on again or she falls asleep and stops even doing anything. I swear we started the feeding process an hour and a half ago and she’s eaten for eight minutes total. I’m losing my mind. My last was bottle fed and it was so much more enjoyable than this.
