I AM CONFUSION

A week before my period I had bled ONCE and that was it, the next day I had clear discharge that was thick and veryyy either egg white or idk I’m not sure how to describe it but it was almost egg white I’m not sure. The time I bled a week before my period it was light. I’ve been having light cramps and back cramps but that’s about it. My breasts have gotten heavier but no pain and usually before I start my period I start bleeding a couple days before very lightly but nothing has happened. Could this be because I might be stressed or not?
