Don't know what to think.

Me and my husband had been ttc for a little short of 4 years. We had just found out last week that we had finally done it, 3 positive pregnancy tests 3 days in a row, and we couldn't have been happier. Yesterday after going grocery shopping we got home and I had to go pee, when I wiped, I had some brown mucus like discharge and then pink spotting throughout the day. This morning I woke up and went to go pee and as soon as I sat down red blood just came right out and into the toilet. I had been having light cramping, nothing to serious, and a dull pain in my right ovary the past 2-3 days. Now I am left wondering am I miscarrying?? Am I still pregnant?? I have been crying all morning. I just feel it's going to end the way we don't want it to and feel after waiting and wanting a baby for so long this isn't fair. My heart is broken. Has anyone else experienced this and went on to have a healthy pregnancy??
