Buffet pregnant???

I’m wanting to go to Golden Corral and i’m currently 11 weeks pregnant I read online it’s dangerous now i’m scared. Anyone have experience? They have salad and all there! Curious

Stop googling and listening to people who tell you you can’t eat food lol 
The only thing I don’t eat (were On baby#5) is salmon and that’s because I don’t liek it. Or I’d eat it too... 
And I don’t drink energy drinks.. obviously

Girl you will be fine. Don’t look into that stiff too much because you will end up not eating anything. Enjoy your pregnancy and the food you eat and don’t get paranoid

It’s up to you how careful you want to be. Basically you’re trying to avoid food poisoning. You make the choice yourself because you’re the one taking the risk and will be the one who deals with the consequences.

I eat sushi and unpasteurized cheese when I’m pregnant. I’m fine. Buffets aren’t going to harm you or your baby. Google is a scare-monger. Go eat the food

I've been eating golden corral since I found out I was pregnant I'm 18w and 5d now and everything's fine. I ate there with both my previous pregnancies and my boys are fine. Google's trying to scare you. If you're concerned ask your doctor.

Maybe stay away from any seafood besides that you should be fine. I went to Vegas a few months ago  and had buffets and no problems

Besides certain medications..i do what i want in my pregnancies..eat what i want..def have had golden corral but never heard it was dangerous
