Dream interpretation from my nana

My nana that lives 500 miles away from me FaceTimes me today telling me about her multiple dreams about how she is running around in a hospital trying to find me.... she could hear me screaming that I was not going to give birth until she was there. Here’s the kicker though.... I am currently 2 days late for my period and she has no way of knowing this. I am utterly terrified to take a pregnancy test in fear that it will be negative. All I feel is tired and have a sinus headache to end them all with moody outbursts tossed in. I am asking for prayers that my nana is right.... I absolutely hope that I am pregnant. With my firstborn my mom knew before I did is it my Nana’s turn to know before me this time? I have no idea but I hope that I am pregnant.
