Discharge While Sick🥴

So I got the flu last Wednesday and my period came that Tuesday as well. I started to come down from the sickness this past weekend, but there’s still a few symptoms here and there. Plus my period stopped for a couple days around Thursday/Friday, but now I’m starting to have this dark brown discharge all the time. It’s a little at a time and no odor, but I’m unsure if it’s related to my period or my sickness. Also, I think it could have something to do with the fact that I haven’t had my birth control in about 3 weeks now. (my pharmacy refuses to fill it🙄). So is that a possible factor as well?!!!
