HELP HELP HELP URGENT

So this was back in November, i just started at a new job a few months before and one of my bosses looked pregnant so i thought maybe i should get her baby a gift for Christmas but i thought WAIT what if she’s not? So i asked a coworker and they said i don’t think so and that was the end of it. Now a couple months later i get this text from my bosses mom which is my other boss (PHOTO BELOW) I am so confused. What do I even say of I’m confronted at work tomorrow? FYI my work is very drama filled i keep to myself but this was just one time i asked a question VERY SIMPLE and that was it. I’d like to figure out what to say before going into work tomorrow. I have anxiety so as you can imagine....my anxiety is just so hard to deal with rn.
