Me and my fiancé have conceived 3 times, but have never had a successful pregnancy and have always miscarried within the first 12 weeks.

Our last pregnancy was in the beginning of 2018 and I decided I wanted to stop trying for a long while as it hurt me too much. Every time I got pregnant it was after my first period off birth control. I have now been off birth control since October and nothing yet. I know it hasn’t been that long but I just feel so sad, does anyone have any advice 😢
