Supposed to wait TTC

I recently had surgery and am supposed to wait 6 months before TTC. I’m currently on month three. I had a few drinks and for some reason thought I was ten or more days away from my fertile window ( I had been trying for over a year to conceive with no lunch do u figured I’d be fine). Oops checked glow the today and I have a 14 % chance of conceiving. I would hate to have to explain this to my OBGYN. Any thoughts?
