Anyone have experience with Pregnancy Rhinitis?

I’m 8 weeks tomorrow and for the past week I’ve been suffering with sinus pressure, nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing. I assumed it was a cold but now it seems to be more like allergies. Never really having suffered from allergies, I did some research and discovered pregnancy Rhinitis was. Anyone have experience with this? Dying for some relief and praying I don’t have to deal with this for the whole pregnancy. It’s like dealing with horrible allergies 24/7 and I go through boxes and boxes of tissues 😩

Yes! I have had a runny nose and/or sneezing my entire pregnancy. I am currently 27 weeks.

i had it from week 3 to week 6, it went away for a bit but i’m now 11 weeks and it’s back.

I had it my whole pregnancy. Pregnancy rhinitis is the swelling of the mucous membranes in your nasal passages. I don't think the runny nose is necessarily due to that. When i had it, i just felt permanently stuffy, even though nothing really came out when I'd blow my nose. Saline helps for some relief (a saline nasal spray and/or using a netti pot).
