Holiday too close to due date?

Question

I’ve got chance to go for a free weekend away in a lodge with my in laws but it’s three weeks before my due date. It’s only about an hour away from my hospital. 
Is it risky? Should I make the most of the free opportunity to get some rest and chill? Any opinions? X

Our family vacation is scheduled 3 weeks before my due date and it’s 6 hours away. I have no idea if I’ll make it... makes me sad because last year we left not even half way through because of a mandatory hurricane evacuation. If all goes well, I plan I’m trying to go. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Since it's a reasonable driving distance, I would go.

A lot of people live one hour + from their delivering hospital (I’m 40 mins from mine). An hour is plenty of time to get to where you need to go. Enjoy a weekend away!!
