Healthy relationship standards?

So I go to a therapist and talking to her and about my relationship and how I grew up and how my husband grew up, she helped me come to the realization that I really don’t know what healthy relationship standards look like? She wanted me to come up with a list of what I want in a relationship. I have some basic ones but am kind of stuck on some of the other ones I want. What are some healthy relationship standards that you guys think is important to have in a relationship and what do you guys want to avoid and how do you go about communicating to your partners about what your standards are?
