IUI Success

Hi everyone - I’m on letrozole 10 mg days 3-7 been TTC 8 months. Did my first IUI this past Friday and I’m super crampy the last few days. I’m still 11 days away from AF so I don’t think it’s PMS. Anyone else have this? Could it be the letrozole side effects? Thanks for your reply’s! :)
