Confused

I’m supposed to be ovulating this week but have yet to get a positive LH surge. Like it barely even shows up so I know it’s not even coming close to being positive. My cervical mucus is watery but I have sore breasts and some tight cramps in my ovaries. I am so confused as to what is happening. I have all the symptoms of ovulation except the cm but not getting a positive surge. Anyone else ever had this happen??
