Anyone else feel like they have too many clothes?

I have so much clothing from my shower. How much will I really need!!??

You probably have too much, everyone has too much. With my daughter there were clothes in every size that she never wore before growing out of that size. You’ll be doing laundry regularly and you’ll probably end up putting the same 8 outfits on over and over again, unless there’s a reason to dress up or weather changes.

I hear it depends on how...explosive...your baby is. Some people go through three outfits a day, others can wear the same thing for days.

My friend who had a baby this time last year passed on all her newborn and 0-3m clothes. I put a message about not needing clothes in those sizes on our registry and luckily people listened! Also we’re team green so I think it’s less tempting to buy clothes.

I saved all the well-loved clothes from my first son in case we had another boy (which we are!) so I’m pretty set. I did buy more snap up footies because my first lived in his for the first 6 months & I needed more but other than that I ended up donating A LOT from my first, some unworn.

I have an insane amount of clothes up to 3 months. I actually ran out of room for them. And that’s not including the clothes that I got from the shower that are currently being washed lol.
