Dog sensing pregnancy

So my dogs will not stop laying across my stomach . If I move so do they and they have stopped jumping up to play with me and I dont know why. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤔🤔 I know it sounds crazy but can dogs sense pregnancy
