WTH!?!?!

So me and my husband have been trying for baby number 2 and this week was supposed to be my fertile week and long story short I started spotting yesterday all pink and only after I peed. Today at work after a particularly stressful situation I go to relieve my over full bladder to have spotting again but also what looked like a tiny pearl on a stringy blood clot. Not to mention I’ve been continually achy only in my pelvis. Has anybody had this happen to them? Should I be making an appointment with my doctor? I know I have PCOS and at this point I’m just getting annoyed I didn’t have any of these issues when I had my daughter 😭😭
