Why do I have brownish discharge?🙃

Okay so the last time my boyfriend and I had sex was January 28th. We always use a condom and check it after (fill it with water to check for leaks) and we have never had any break. But since the last time we had sex I have had some brownish discharge. But I also just got done with my fertile window predicted by this app. Could it be ovulation bleeding? Or I could have polycystic ovaries because my mom has them...maybe a cyst ruptured? There has also been some mild pain in my lower abdomen. Any ideas on what it might be???
