Hi ladies, wondering if anyone has used Tiger balm during your pregnancy? I got this really bad ache on my upper right back/shoulder area, feels kinda like a pulled muscle and my mom suggested to rub tiger balm on the area so I did without thinking about it first... now I’m kinda freaking out because I didn’t check first if it was okay to use and now that I’m checking I’m seeing some big no-no’s... can it harm the baby?? Please help!!
