Hey girls so I’ve had the nexplanon for 2 years and a half! I absolutely hated. After it being in my arm for about seven months that’s when my mood swings hit and they were HORRIBLE and I do mean horrible! My husband would have to leave the room so I can let out all my anger. Sometimes I would even be depressed for weeks! I never got my period on the NEXPLANON for the whole 2 1/2 years I been on it! But I recently changed to the mirena. And girl let me tell you more than half my girl friends that got the mirena were like oh no you won’t feel anything but bitch, I FELT THAT SHITT lol. It hurt sooo bad! I had to miss work for the rest of the day. Anyways, since the 3 months I been on the mirena my period came back and it’s been horrible it will last 2 weeks and the after discharge will be a week long or sometimes even longer. And I’ve never had blood clots and now I have them more than usual. And the after my period, the discharge just stanks really bad and Its really mucusy. It’s really hard to book appointment with my ObGYN at the moment since she is fully booked! I just wanted to know if any of y’all are having this problem? Or have had it? Please let me know!
