Sinus issues early pregnancy sign?

I have the worst stuffy / runny nose. I don’t have any other symptoms that would make it a cold. Is this an early pregnancy symptom? Can it start 4 days after ovulation? Those of you that had this when and how early did it start. And Did you get a BFP?

No. You just have a runny nose.

I just got my vvvvfl yesterday at 9 dpo. My runny nose started around 5 dpo and stayed for about two days.
