Surprise gender?!? Yes or no

Question

Who didn’t find out the gender of their baby?
Are you glad you waited? Do you wish you would have found out instead?
How did you go about getting clothes and stuff prior? 
-my husband wants this pregnancy to be a surprise and I’m mixed on it

I didn’t find out with either of my kids nor will I for this one. It’s so easy to just buy gender neutral clothes for baby before it’s born like white onesies etc. Once my daughter was born (my first) everyone that visited me bought in clothes same as when my son was born and my husband just took them home and washed them. The pure excitement of not knowing what you are having until bubs is delivered is sooo amazing and yes it’s hard not to ask or find out at every appointment but it’s sooooo worth it.

Yes it's worth it if both parents are on the same page and the feeling is mutual. Because it is true if one isn't that excited than the other one then it's not special..might as well make it special for each other .. I wanted to wait this time around and hubby wanted to know but I told him how I felt and why my reason for waiting he came around and now more excited plus he keeps telling me to remind the doctor I don't want to find out haha so they won't ruin it . For things I feel like it's better not finding out you arent spending much and you get to enjoy your pregnancy stage. All you really need to focus on the items you need is diapers ,wipes, bottles and focus on your postparturm items . So far I have a bunch of white newborn onsie and white grey and black clothes items and if it's a girl then I'll go ahead buy bows to finish up the outfit. Good luck and just know there are few special surprise in your life this one is a very special one .

I honestly thought about doing this! The only downfall i had with it was we didn’t know what to buy for and we never could find any “gender neutral” clothes! We tried so hard but everything was either for a boy or girl. I was stressing out so bad because we didn’t have anything clothes wise we needed. And i didn’t want to be out all the money on buying both kinds. Plus we would have to buy everything after the baby was here and i didn’t want to have to do that. So we ending up finding out and I’m so glad we did. Now we know what to buy and we almost have everything we need and now I’m stress free on that end!!!!
