Blood pressure rise

I went in for my first appointment on 1/13 and my blood pressure was 118/72 I went yesterday at 7w3d pregnant and it is now 126/86 which I googled and it says pre-hypertension. Should I be concerned? Ive never had high blood pressure and this is rapid. My doctor didnt say anything but I just read my online report and saw the difference
