HELP! Negative at DR but Positive at home..

Does anyone have experience with getting positive urine tests at home, but a negative at the doctor but still being pregnant?

I’ve gotten 5+ faint positive tears, one this morning being fairly visible. But my doctor didn’t get the same result today when I went. So they pulled me from the ultrasound room and sent me for bloodwork..

I’m so scared this is a chemical pregnancy. AF is 3 days late based on my app, but now I’m thinking maybe I implanted late?

Does this mean that I am out? Or has anyone had to do this multi-round of bloodwork before getting their confirmation on a healthy pregnancy.
