Transfer em advice??

Question

Can someone tell me the steps of transfer? 
Once all blood work and tests are in, what happens next? How long are we on meds before transfer? 
Did you lay around for a couple days? 
Any certain foods we should avoid during the first few weeks?
Any other advice?

Post-transfer I was instructed not to have intercourse for 2 weeks, not to do anything to increase my core temperate (hot baths), and take no medications other than those prescribed.

You’ll be on pre-transfer meds until your uterus lining is ready.  My transfer was January 28.  I started meds January 19.  We found out today we’re pregnant.  I’ll be on Estrace and progesterone injections until 10-12 weeks.

I started my transfer meds January 23rd. My transfer is Feb 10th. I'm taking estrace and starting my PIO shots tonight.

My doctor told me to rest the day of the transfer. The following day I could resume my regular daily routine, including skiing!
