Birth control symptoms

In December, I was prescribed Sharobel and I was told to take it on the start of my period which happened on January first.

I took it, and everything was normal, better actually. No harsh cramps, vomiting, extreme fatigue. Then I started my period again in the 21st, and it’s now February 4th AND I STILL HAVE IT!!! It’s super heavy and I have cramps like no other. Plus, I’ve been super moody and depressed. They said the symptoms vary person to person and just to let it run its course, but I stopped taking the pill yesterday because this is just too much. 😅 I was wondering if anyone else is on it and has symptoms like me??
