Is this positive? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I got my IUD in Aug 2019 and still have it. For the past almost 3 weeks I’ve been spotting nonstop. Went to the GYN like a week and half ago and she said I wasnt pregnant. She said my IUD looked to be in place. She ordered an ultrasound and waiting to get that done. Decided to test just to kill the feeling I had. I have an 8 month old baby 🤦🏼‍♀️

Before you get any possible negative comments, I want you to know it is possible to be pregnant on the iud. I had mine for over a year, and last month was convinced I was pregnant- I had over 5 symptoms and missed my period for over a month.  However, my friends and I weren’t sure what was going on, if it was PCOS possibly or pregnancy. Either way, it’s not good for a body to think it’s pregnant when it’s not. 
So I had mine removed, the next day, my period came. 
So, yes it is possible. But also, don’t get your hopes up, as I got mine up way too much; and was crushed when I found out I wasn’t.

im in the same boat 😭
i got my iud in oct 2018 and i spotted for a few days took a test yesterday and thats what mine looked like, took one this morning and nothing, but id only be 4-4.5 weeks so its still early.

How long has this been sitting before you too the picture? It looks dried so it could be an evap
