I started working at a great job in October. They have good pay, they are laid back, etc. Well my mom was proud of me for landing this job so, of course, she had to brag to everyone about me lol. This morning, I had an extended family member that I VERY rarely speak to (I only see him like once every couple years or so and he only says hi) ask if I could get him in there. Every time I see him or see his posts on Facebook, it’s usually posts of him doing different jobs or job searching and I’ve heard other people say how commonly he bounces between jobs in the past. In general, I am worried to help family get hired here unless I feel I can trust them because I don’t want to look bad in the chance they mess up or get fired. So his bad history has me even more worried.
