I feel like the nurses are downplaying my pain

So Sunday, I slipped on ice and fell into the splits. I was really sore, but baby was moving fine and i hadn't had any spotting or leaking, so L&D nurses said i should be fine. Yesterday, i was still sore, but staring to feel a little better. Woke up this morning and the pain was terrible again. This time less of a sore feeling and more of a throbbing pain in my pelvic area and lower pack. I also noticed baby hadn't been as active as usual. So I went in to have him monitored and he's doing fine. However, MY pain is still terrible! They didn't bother to check me at all, and just said to take tylenol and a warm bath. Neither are helping. If I could describe my pain, I'd say it's very similar to recovering from my csections. Minus the pain from the actual open incision. I cry walking, I cry changing my pants, anything that requires any strength in my lower half, is horrible!

Anyone have something similar happen? Anyone ever have something tear due to a previous csection??
