SAHM exercise?
I just had my baby 11 weeks ago and I was wondering if anybody has a workout routine that they can accomplish at home? I do not have weights (besides a 13lb chunky monkey 😉) But I was wondering if anybody had an app that they use or just a routine that they do daily or weekly that helps him get into and stay in shape? I also can’t go on stroller walks because we don’t live in an area that I could, & hubby takes the only car to work 😞
