Another phase?
So my 17 month old has always been a mommas girl.. shes still nursing, well we were weaning until she was sick for two weeks and then she started wanting to nurse 24/7.
She went through some separation anxiety for awhile, it peaked when she hit one and started going to daycare, she adjusted well though and loves daycare, had s good solid two months almost of her not crying at drop off. Suddenly this month she will not.leave.me.alone. it's worse than before since she is throwing tantrums now lol.
Literally, when her dad is home she plays independently and is happy and isnt clingy to anyone...so shes sitting on the floor ripping up some paper, my hubby opens the door to leave to the store to grab some extras for supper, the door isnt even closed yet and I see her stand up and start walking towards me, door shuts and shes screaming at me to pick her up. EVERY time. Lol its driving me bonkers, and it gets really hard to do anything during the day, mainly feeding us, and we need to eat as I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant .
Is there another separation anxiety phase or what? Any tips? Or do I just have to go with it? 🙂
