ttc after one shot of depo

My first depo shot was september 23rd 2019 I was supposed to go back for my second shot december 23rd but I decided to TTC so I didn’t go back . I had a period the second my depo ran out . My period lasted december 20th-25th and I spotted up until january 6th . I’ve had no actual period for the month in january or February so far. My period is 14 days late and i’m on CD 48 I thought I was pregnant because I have all the symptoms but All negative test .Im not even sure if i’m ovulating if I haven’t had a actual period since december. is one shot of depo really causing all of this just by one shot ? I used to always have regular periods.
